Travelling to Stockholm

Stockholm-Arlanda airport can be reached from most major cities/airports in Europe. If you are travelling from overseas, there are always good connections through Frankfurt, Schiphol, Heathrow etc.

If you are travelling from Canada, there are direct flights from Toronto to Copenhagen with Air Canada. Copenhagen has frequent connections to Stockholm. There are also direct flights to Stockholm from New York, Washington, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

If you are travelling from Australia or Oman, there are direct flights to Stockholm from Doha (Qatar), Dubai (Emirates and Norwegian) and Bangkok (SAS and Thai Airways).

Travelling to and from the airport

All four of Stockholm’s airports are connected to downtown by airport coaches as well as municipal alternatives. From Stockholm Arlanda-Airport you can also choose the high-speed train service Arlanda Express.

More information on airport transfers can be found on this page.

Please note: Taxi fares in Sweden aren't regulated, which means that prices can vary significantly between companies. With this in mind, we recommend that you use the services of  well-known firms such as Taxi StockholmTaxi 020 and Taxi Kurir.

Hotels and accomodation in Stockholm

The following are hotels we can recommend for your stay:

Hotel Hellsten

About 10 minutes from our offices. Budget friendly, cozy and cosmopolitan.

Clarion Hotel Sign, Norra Bantorget

A modern vibe with a roof top heated pool if you have time for a quick dip. 5 minute walk to our offices.

Scandic Grand Central

A rather new hotel located in an historic building. Rumor has it they serve a great breakfast. Centrally located near the railway station and a 10 minute walk to our offices.

Scandic Klara

Located in the middle of Stockholm, it's a 5 minute walk to our offices. Located in an old department store building. A good option.

Scandic Norra Bantorget

Just a stone throw from our offices and a bit more budget-friendly. A little dated but still a good option.

For the Scandic hotels we have a government booking code that you can use if you are making the reservations on the hotel website. The code is D357550532 and it should give you a discount of 10-25% depending on hotel, room and dates.
